  7. Even though leg workout was one of the most painful exercises, I used to love working out my legs due to exact same reasons that you have explained in this video. Decades back when there was no Internet, I read in one magazine about benefits of working legs. I loved working out my legs so much that I can workout my legs daily even when it hurts. But the benefits that I used to get from working out my legs was greater than the pain. The pain was just due to soreness of the muscles but not due to injury. Not many people who workout train their legs. They literally skip leg day just because of the pain. Thankfully pain due to muscle soreness never bothered me hence if possible I used to train my legs as often as possible. When I used to workout at home, I used to train my legs every single day. I quit working out since long but I maintain my fitness via controlling my diet and cooking really healthy food. Cooking is my passion too.

    The amount, and or potency has everything to do with your psychological health; ability to manipulate your level of serotonin and cortisol. Read medical journals and study Alchemy if you want a better understanding.

    The irony is testosterone has everything and nothing to do with weights, women, or external consumables.

  17. There is some evidence that huge amounts of onions do raise testosterone. Also, fertile eggs consumed around a certain window (21 days after laying, I think) can increase T.
