    Day 2: I feel pain in my arms. And was able to do the exercises better than yesterday. The 3rd round is really difficult. Im also feeling something in the muscles of the chest (I mean “sinto alguma coisa nos músculos do peito” i don’t know how to translate this from portuguese) 🌺

  10. Day 1: I sweated a little bit and felt a little burn. I plan to do this workout and another every single day for this entire month. Will definitely keep updating.😊

    Day 2: started my period today so that was fun I’m having ad cramps but I’m not giving up. I will be back tomorrow. 😌

  12. Before my Breasts is 30 and then 29 and become 30 again I wonder why and it’s because it’s so dull so I do this and in just 2 day it’s almost 2 inches bigger so far

  15. Been doing it for weeks. It looks much bigger. . .lifted though I wouldn’t really say so. Which is a shame because I really wanted to lift instead of get it bigger I’m already a C cup.

    Beginning :79cm
    It works…..I’ll continue this until 86 cm…
