1. Anyone having difficulties with the double time breath of fire, also does your body move and shoulders rise with the double time breath of fire or am I doing it wrong. The results are still awesome at the end though

  9. Great practices, you might have had this question a few times, but what are the advantages or diferences between these sessions and the Wim Hof Breathing sessions. I mean not from a breathing persepective, I know he does "Fully in and Let go" , and exhale breath hold of +2 minutes. But what difference does it do to your body?
