  5. Personally, I don’t like gyms. They are so crowded and I can’t do my workout there. I decided to take bodyweight training plan from "Agoge Diet". Training plan is great and I can do it from home. They also give you diet plan which supports your fitness goals.

  13. Guys. lost a lot of weight does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I will give you some advice right now. There’s zero chance there’s only 3G of fat in that breakfast shake… that’s like 2 tbsp of PB, and some fucking milk… don’t forget there’s small amounts of fat in the protein powder and the oats. Must be using 0% milk, powdered pb and low fat protein pow, but doesn’t mention it.. (because then it wouldn’t be the “best tasting, CHEAPEST breakfast shake you can make)
