  1. Guys, the key is simple: you have to know what kind of food make you sick and for that, Alcat test. After knowing so, then you can go on a calories deficiency diet( keto or not ) and accelerate calories burn with some Hitt exercises. Thats work 100% to me. I am mother of 3, in my 40’s and have lots of anergy, good mood, no visits to the doctor, and totally fit!!! Try it out! You don’t need gurus or gym, just common sense and a healthy eating style: mediterranean diet in my case…

  2. Will I be ok if I stick to a diet where I eat junk food only on saturday (but Super Clean eating sunday to friday), lets say a double cheeseburger and peanut butter shake, or deep dish pizza, or donut…would that one day ruin the otherdays of healthyness?

  3. I have always thought that dieting is eating only green vegetables and drinking water. Agoge Diet proved me wrong. I am eating delicious and nutritionally rich food and still reaching my fitness goals.

  4. Low carbs for an ectomorph? No way. And actually complex carbs are not bad for you. A good slow carb is oatmeal. Ectomorph diet should be 55% carbs 35% protein and 10% fats. Other body types may need more fats or more protein. But not in my case. Interesting video to be fair.

  5. Carb friendly diets are not for everyone and as for the energy crash. Eat good carbs and that won’t happen. Eat high Gi carbs and well you expect to get an energy crash. If I ate 3 mars bars, a snickers, a share size bag of Doritos and necked 3 or 4 cans of juice. I’d expect a crash because all of them pathetically release sugar into the blood at an incredible pace. Should promote more low GI carbs instead of all the shite.

Its really easy, eat food the way God made it don’t add a bunch of crap to meat, veg and fruit in other words eat food in as natural a state as possible as minimally processed as possible and you can’t help but lose weight and gain health. Its an easy concept but harder to actually adhere to bc everything is processed to the max these days…anyway this is what I do 85% of the time and it works well for me. This not enough info to write a book about so the experts have to make it really complicated to fill up a book

  7. The industry and the whole systems are fighting people not to go keto. Carbs are pure sickness. People back in the beginning of life used to eat meats and greens from nature and hunting means they were eating keto basics. Carbs are the diseases. They don’t want ud to go back to basses because the doctors will lose jobs and the companies won’t sell junkie foods.

  8. I agree with you. I was introduced to Keto and I received from Harvard University that keto, low carbs makes your bones brittle. So, I eat and drink everything in moderation.

  10. People don’t want to actually think about their diet, so they demonize something or only eat a couple of foods to stay focused and motivated. The truth is carbs fat and protein are all very important. And we evolved to eat many starches because that’s how we fed entire civilizations. Carbs aren’t evil, you just need to know what a good carb is. It’s not white bread.

  11. Just get rid of the breads and processed sweet foods with moderate exercise you’ll lose weight. In 6 weeks i’ve lost over 20 lbs and my belly fat has decreased dramatically

  12. Lol ok so this is a language misunderstanding. We need carbs and gluconeogenesis turns things into carbs anyway. Its carbs in Starch thats that spike blood sugar.

  13. I’m a 60-year-old male, I was 265 lb I am now 175 lbs. It has been five years now since I have lost this weight by eating only vegetables and meat proteins, no sugar or grains at all. I do not count calories macros or spend any additional time in the gym. Blood pressure cholesterol and blood sugar have all normalized. This is simple well not easy and probably 80% all about habits.

This is effectively Keto lol i get the feeling a lot of MDs commenting on Keto don’t actually understand what it entails and what sorts of foods people eat on a Keto diet, it’s not like an Atkins situation, there’s a lot of veggies involved since most of them have few carbs and we do cut the dietary fibers when we’re counting carbs so for someone doing Keto 1 cup of Brocolli does not have 11g of Carbs it has more like 5.9g because we cut the value of Dietary Fibers when counting the amount of carbs in it.

  15. These sources of carbs are not truly needed but can keep things interesting. If you suffer from chronic inflammatory/ autoimmune disease you should totally avoid them.

  17. Years ago I started keto dieting & intermittent fasting! No more bread, etc but lots of vegetables, good fat. All my problems disappeared. Thanks for this great speech, from Great Britain. Added to a playlist: Health

  19. I’m not a doctor but hear me out, carbs turn into simple sugars, your body uses that sugar to fuel itself. If you remove those carbs you will use fat stored in your body and the fat in the food you eat. After a few months, you will start to see a big difference.

  20. Humans don’t have the necessary digestive system to turn plant matter into fat as animals do. And simple carbs cause weight gain and diabetes.

  22. I know a lot of people using the keto diet and they like it and are getting good results. I followed the 5 group pyramid which I was brainwashed with all my life – and the doctors advising it until my heart attack. I am doing keto now and shall see.

  23. If you are healthy it’s ok. If you are IR , What about fructose ? If you eat a lot of fruits you get excess fructose. I am totally confused….

    No bread 🥜🌰🍞🥐🥖🫓🥨🥯🥞🧇🧀🍔🥪🌭🍕🍟🌮🎂🍪🍩🎂🥡🍜🍿🍚🍙 no potatoes, no rice, no pasta.
    My blood pressure and diabetes are low , hopefully my vision will get better too.

  26. True, but different story for those trying to come down from IR. Carbs are then an enemy until free of IR.
    Staying low carbs under 50mg is important; low glycemic bestbut hard to stay on.
